Ho visto architetture d’acqua e luce, trame filate
da mani antiche che mi avvolgevano, battesimi e
rinnovamenti, ma più lontano ho sentito parlare
di fuoco, fiamme nere, corpi straziati, nessuna litania
per coloro caduti nel silenzio. Non capisco dove sia
il centro, la mia visione appare spezzata, rifuggo
quel che splende mentre cattedrali di pietra nera
sovrastano i miei occhi. Nelle stanze più segrete
ogni uomo ogni donna fabbrica una campana
aspettando il giorno del suo suono, inevitabile:

I’ve seen architectures made of water and light, wefts
spun by ancient hands that held me, baptisms and
rebirths, but then, further away, I’ve heard about fire,
black flames, mangled bodies, there is no litany for the
ones that fell in silence.
I can’t figure out where the middle is, my sight appears
broken, I shun bright things while dark cathedrals
tower over my eyes. In the most secret rooms every
man and woman builds a bell, waiting for it to chime,
inevitable: the gift of blindness.

Panic/ Sadic/ Magic

Thoughts talk in my head, in a language I can’t
comprehend. Immersing our hands in the soil,
we build a monument of love.
